Submit a project inquiry through the contact form. Once received, I review your details to ensure fit and timing. If everything aligns, we’ll connect for an intro call to talk through your needs and confirm that the Starter Website is the right fit.
2. Custom Scope
You’ll receive a clear scope outlining deliverables, timeline, what I’ll need from you, and confirmed pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
3. Approve + Secure Your Spot
Once you approve your scope, your 50% deposit is due along with all required content and branding (text, images, logo, colors). Both must be submitted to lock in your start date.
4. Kickoff Check‑In
A brief 20–30 minute call to confirm your content, brand assets, and page selections so the build process is smooth and aligned.
5. Design & Build
I assemble your Canva website using your content and branding, refine your images, and style everything for a clean, cohesive look.
6. Review & Refinement
You’ll have one round of revisions to fine‑tune text placement, imagery, and styling. During this stage, we’ll also do a walkthrough so you can confidently update and manage your Canva site on your own. After revisions, I complete final checks and optimize for mobile. Before your site goes live, your final 50% balance is due.
7. Launch + Support
Your site goes live! You’ll also receive one month of post‑launch email support for minor updates (photo swaps, small text edits, etc.).
