The first step is to submit a project inquiry. Once it’s received, I’ll review your details to make sure the fit, scope, and timing are right. If everything aligns, we’ll connect for an intro call to talk through your brand goals, visual direction, and what you want your identity to communicate. If Field Day isn’t the right teammate, I’m always happy to share referrals.
During our call, I can also give you a clear sense of where you are in the queue.
After our call, you’ll receive a custom scope outlining your deliverables, timeline, what I’ll need from you, and confirmed pricing. Once you approve your scope, a 50% deposit is due along with all required materials — both are needed to officially add your project to the queue and lock in a start date.
Required materials may include: an onboarding questionnaire, inspiration boards, high‑res logo files (if applicable), brand strategy notes, copy or messaging direction, team bios, brand images or stock direction notes, and any key information needed to build a cohesive identity.

The goal is always to keep moving down the field. Your timeline is outlined clearly at the start, but it depends on how quickly homework, assets, and feedback are delivered. When materials arrive on time, the branding process stays smooth, efficient, and right on schedule.
